We stand by the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our valued customers, which is why we offer a CAREQUEST guarantee to ensure your tools and equipment are always working in the best condition possible.
If you purchase a CARQUEST product from us or any CARQUEST location within North America, and submit a warranty claim, we can exchange your product for free, excluding any labor costs involved.
In order to receive a full CARQUEST guarantee, the following requirements must be completed:
- Your part must be purchased at a CARQUEST auto parts store.
- You must have your original receipt from purchase.
- The part you wish to exchange must be within its warranty period.
- Your part must be returned to the original store you purchased it from, if you are within a 50-mile radius.
Exceptions
If your part carries an invoice price of $200 or more, a CARQUEST distribution center approval will be required before an exchange can be completed.
